Our foyer light is from 1986, ugly and gold! I’ve been (slowly) looking for a replacement but husband tells me its about to break so I better hurry! I’m searching for inspiration from episodes of Fixer Upper and I’ve narrowed it down to a couple of farmhouse lighting styles I prefer.
The first is a farmhouse style chandelier with an open candleabra like this one.
The second design I love is an orb pendant, like this one . These come in many different materials, like metal and wood, and Joanna uses them a lot!
Many of the farmhouse lighting used on the show is very expensive, so I’ve found several more affordable options and want to share them with you. I’ll be sure to update with before and after pics of the foyer once I decide on one. If you have a favorite you think I should choose to go with my farmhouse style, drop a line below and let me know!
